Napier’s Home Improvement is a family owned and operated business with over 40 years of experience. I became a licensed residential builder in 1986. As a teen, I learned the trade from my father and partner, Taylor Napier.

Three generations of experience is at the core of Napier’s. Like my father, I have been teaching the trade to my five sons, Floyd, Ron, Westley, Danny and Mike, who all are currently working at Napier’s Home Improvement. 99% of the time there will be a Napier at the site of your project.

I have dedicated my business to helping you and others understand the process of home improvements. That is why I furnish as much material and information to make you, the consumer, educated on the construction process. Our installation crews are skilled, conscientious technicians. All have many years of experience and training. You will always know what we are doing, why we are doing it, and what it will cost.

Every job we install is guaranteed. If there is a problem, we will come back. We handle all phases of the job as specified, from getting the permits, cleaning up the job site, to hauling away debris. We do everything possible to meet your deadlines. We listen to your concerns to ensure your project is completed the way you want it done.
